Terms of Service

Services

TMS Cleaning & Maintenance provides commercial and specialty cleaning services in South Florida. All services are subject to a mutually agreed-upon service agreement and pricing schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in a service contract. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic payment. Past-due balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

Cancellation

Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to standard commercial cleaning services.

Liability

TMS Cleaning carries full general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to service.
